How can I become an exhibitor or sponsor at ICERI2025?
There are two options to become an exhibitor/sponsor in ICERI2025:
OPTION 1: Sponsorship + Exhibition
- An exhibition space (8 sqm) in a high-traffic and maximum visibility area from 08:30 to 18:30 on the Monday and Tuesday.
- A special mention in the official Opening Plenary Session.
- Recognition as a Sponsor (with a brief description of the company and logo) on the ICERI2025 website, visible on all pages.
- The insertion of your promotional brochure in all conference bags.
- The opportunity to deliver 2 oral presentations in a parallel session within the conference program.
- The insertion of your organisation logo and description in the exhibitors' section of the conference website.
- Social network promotion of your company's participation (on Facebook, Twitter, etc...)
- Your company logo on the ICERI2025 sponsors' roll up banner.
- Three complimentary conference passes for ICERI2025.
OPTION 2: Exhibition
- An exhibition space (4 sqm) in a high-traffic and maximum visibility area, from 08:30 to 18:30 on the Monday and Tuesday.
- Recognition as Exhibitor (with company logo) in the ICERI2025 conference handbook.
- The opportunity to deliver 1 oral presentation in a parallel session within the conference program.
- The insertion of your organisation logo and description in the exhibitors' section of the conference website.
- Two complimentary conference passes for ICERI2025.
