How can I become an exhibitor or sponsor at EDULEARN25?


There are two options to become an exhibitor/sponsor at EDULEARN25:

OPTION 1: Sponsorship + Exhibition

  • An exhibition space (8 sqm) in a high-traffic and maximum visibility area from 08:30 to 18:30 on the Monday and Tuesday.
  • A special mention in the official Opening Plenary Session.
  • Recognition as a Sponsor (with a brief description of the company and logo) on the EDULEARN25 website, visible on all pages.
  • The insertion of your promotional brochure in all conference bags.
  • The opportunity to deliver 2 oral presentations in a parallel session within the conference program.
  • The insertion of your organisation logo and description in the exhibitors' section of the conference website.
  • Social network promotion of your company’s participation (on Linkedid, Facebook, Twitter, etc...)
  • Your company logo on the EDULEARN25 sponsors’ roll up banner.
  • Three complimentary conference passes for EDULEARN25.

OPTION 2: Exhibition
