Bournemouth University (UNITED KINGDOM)
This poster presents the work within the Business School of Bournemouth University (BU) on a project exploring the capabilities and impact of Web 2.0 technologies for transforming the quality of learning, teaching and assessment. This project enables all schools within the university to share knowledge and experience of the use of social networking tools.
The ways these technologies were used is illustrated through screenshots of the learning environment on two units. Feedback from students provided through their individual blogs and other communication channels confirm the responsiveness and adaptive capabilities of web 2.0 technologies to match learners’ needs, dispositions and identities.
