Under the development happening in the world of Internet and Technology of Computer Science, the definition of the terms used in the Internet and Computer Science become the main need to the user to help him in searching about any thing he wants to know.

In our project we try to design a program that can define several terms, it’s about 260 terms about Computers Science and the world of Internet.
We used VB. language to programme the dictionary, and Microsoft Access language to design the database.
