In the context of globalization, the study of ethnofuturism emerges as a significant challenge for international cooperation and education, particularly within art programs. The research on ethnofuturism faces several issues, including a lack of theoretical foundation, difficulties in interpreting cultural traditions, absence of methodological guidelines, cultural stereotypes and biases, limited access to resources and materials, intercultural differences, and insufficient international collaboration. The study's object is ethnofuturism as a tool for fostering new experiences in international cooperation. The subject of the study involves the modernization of art education programs based on global international educational experiences. The research aims to identify pedagogical methods and innovations to facilitate intercultural dialogue and create an inclusive academic environment.
Research Objectives:
- To analyze the concepts of ethnofuturism and its role in contemporary art and education, while examining international examples of successful integration of ethnofuturistic approaches into educational programs, identifying effective practices and methodologies.
- To investigate how ethnofuturism contributes to forming and reinforcing cultural identity and serves as a tool for fostering intercultural dialogue and understanding among students from diverse countries and cultures.
- To develop methodological recommendations for incorporating ethnofuturism into academic curricula, including adapting traditional elements and technologies, and utilizing modern digital platforms to support educational processes.
- To evaluate the impact of ethnofuturism on the development of creative industries and local crafts, and create methods for monitoring and assessing the success of these approaches, incorporating feedback from students and educators.
The scientific significance of the research lies in the development of cultural identity, the establishment of social responsibility, and the sustainable advancement of creative thinking among university students within art education programs, reflecting the critical role of education in fostering globally aware and socially responsible citizens. It underscores the role of education in shaping a globally aware and culturally grounded generation of artists.
The practical significance is rooted in the continuity of the global legacy of the Great Silk Roads, which historically employed intercultural dialogue to develop enduring educational practices. Implementing the research findings will facilitate the integration of diverse cultural elements, promote cultural diversity, broaden perspectives on contemporary art, and create spaces for creative interaction. Furthermore, it will enhance economic opportunities tied to the cultural and historical traditions of the Silk Road, fostering sustainable and inclusive development.
The implementation of the research findings will stimulate the development of curriculum design, the creation of instructional guides, the organization of international projects, the use of digital platforms, collaboration with creative industries, the monitoring and evaluation of effectiveness, and support for research and publications.
The value of this research lies in the analysis of ethnofuturism trends, offering universal recommendations for employing pedagogical methods in art education programs across various nations.
