ANALYSIS OF SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES FOR CREATING DIGITAL LEARNING RESOURCES

With the growing role of technology in modern education, the study of the development of tools for creating educational content is becoming more and more relevant and essential. At a time when education is experiencing significant changes and challenges, the use of technology to create educational resources represents a key factor in effective student learning and development. Given the continuous advancement of technology and its potential to transform the educational process, understanding the technological opportunities and challenges associated with them is essential for the development of modern education and for achieving more effective educational outcomes.

The study examines the development and application of modern software technologies for creating digital learning resources that play a key role in transforming the educational process. The main goal is to analyze the opportunities, challenges and trends associated with these technologies, as well as to identify the factors that affect their effectiveness. The survey covers a variety of platforms and tools, including e-learning authoring software (such as Adobe Captivate), interactive presentation and quiz applications (e.g., Kahoot! and Quizizz), and tools for developing personalized educational games and simulations. Special emphasis is placed on the integration of artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, as well as cloud technologies in the process of creating resources.

The analysis shows that while technology offers significant benefits, such as personalization of learning, higher interactivity and accessibility, there are also challenges. These include high implementation costs, a lack of technological skills among educators, and a digital divide.

In conclusion, the study highlights the need for strategic implementation of software technologies in education, improving the qualification of teachers and developing policies for wider access to innovative solutions. It also offers recommendations for future research and development that can improve the quality and effectiveness of digital learning resources.
