ERGONOMICS BETWEEN COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS AND THE ANDRAGOGY PRINCIPLES

Through the use of methodological structures and the application of pedagogical theories is promoted the elaboration of digitized formats that can be employed during the processes of instruction.
The diversity of learning scenes proposes the necessity to count on more specific methodologies for the design and elaboration of materials on the part of the instructors, in where the interests and characteristics of the population to which it goes directed the instruction serve as datum point for the design. Recently new methodologic proposals arise, due to the interaction between the diverse disciplines of the knowledge and the technology.
The distance learning offers to the adult student, the flexibility for the management of its own times, the absence of the requirement of periodic attendance to class, the possibility of following the studies from any part. This has allowed the compatibility of the exigencies of qualification with the space-temporary limitations that the contemporary life imposes. The degree of utility of the learning objects designed for the formation and qualification of adults, must reflect with base in the contents, that allow to integrate knowledge and competitions that respond to the necessities and interests of an adult.
According to Malcom Knowles, the adults learn in a different way from the one of the children. We propose an specific methodology based on the andragogic principles for a design of learning objects for the teaching adults.
For Instruccional design of this methodology an adaptation of the model ADDIE is made, that orients and directs the design of the learning objects for adults that incorporates own concepts of Engineering on line.
The andragogy methodology, proposes a process in which be taken into account the cognitive aspects of the adult and its interaction with a digital object, for which, the information presented/displayed during the education-learning process is more prominent favoring the interaction between student and technology.The elaboration of the andragógy methodology, was made based on an analysis of the diverse models of Instruccional Design.
These models served as base for the instruccional proposal, with an andragogic vision of the instruction. This andragogic vision in the learning object elaboration, proposes a new approach for the instruction and formation of adults, establishing a distinction between the used pedagogical approach for the qualification for adults who during long time was based in pedagogy and not in andragogy. Subsequently, the methodology includes/understands seven phases: Determine the profile of the adult student, Andragogic analysis,Andragogic design, Development of the learnign object, Fast evaluation of the prototype, Implementation and Evaluation. This paper intends to present the advantages of this new perspective.
