In a educative sense, Spain in general has chosen a transformative via. That could be formulated saying that the State, without renouncing to its main character paper in the materia, tries to adequate the educative offer to the formatives necesities presented by the society.
Folowing this idea, these actions have been the strength to the educative and an organization management in the educatives centres. This strength has had a fundamental aim: to improve the educative atmosphere and the teaching learning processes, in a way that to create the conditions to offer an education with social and quality equality.
The matter of the scholar Management is important because it has to be with the manners that the educative centres and its directive teams are organised to perform its fuction:
How the work collectively to achieve goals.
How the relate effectively with the social and productive medium.
How they have been teaching and learning processes.
In this sense, they can assure that the educative centres are obliged to respond to the educative phenomena in a different way to the tradition. Recovered this epoc in educative centres they were considered the last step in the system and limitated only to respond to the instructions of the superior.
Today, on the opposite, these centres are considered as relevant units of change and they must assume active attitudes taking into account the visualization and conformation in the educative making.
On the other side, today the produced deeper changes in the society, while the Basic structures of scholarization and teaching are not altered.
From this point can emerge a serie of problems that must afford the educative comunities that affect in a important way to the person of the director when developing a proposal of change.
