TO INNOVATE IN ORDER TO INTERVENE IN EDUCATION

The human being is known as being able to learn, at the same time his nature is meant to learn, to improve, to progress and not to recede.
To raise, keep, activate, support the act of learning is, therefore, to raise, activate, support the person's development.
It is to make a kind of bet about the subject on education, presuming he is able to progress and to change, accomplishing the goals that define an immediately superior level to the one where he is.
The Psychological Development Activation Model, which is valid for any level of Education/Teaching, is a bet on education in itself, considered to be capable of promoting the desired development, of keeping it, improving it and making the subject overcome himself.
In the present state of education in Portugal, where student failure in the different levels of Teaching/Education is more than obvious, we believe the Psychological Development Activation Model, considering the most recent data of educational research, is a reliable suggestion to intervene in Education.
How could Education be developed, under a point of view that promotes both self-training and knowledge building, which is to say, that develops certain competences in the students, which will enable them to perform their professional life with conviction, efficiency and pleasure.
