COOPERATION FAME UTB WITH BUSINESS AND NON-BUSINESS IN MARKETING AREA

Nowadays, a connection to practice forms is an integral part of the mission of every university in the Czech Republic. The same situation is at the Faculty of Management and Economics (FaME) at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. A long-term research goals at FaME comprise the following areas: focus on the following topics - solving of technical, technological, economical and other problems occurring in business within bachelor's theses and dissertations, doctoral thesis, contractual research; knowledge acquired during the research activities carried out at the UTB can be offered for practical application; involvement in programmes announced by the government ministries of the Czech Republic and in EU programmes, project consultancy; educational programmes organized in compliance with the companies' requirements; internships for students in Master's and Doctoral Degree Programmes with companies or other institutions. The main aim of this article is to propose a system of partnership between Faculty of Management and Economics (FaME) at Tomas Bata University in Zlín and profit or non-profit organizations, specify major problems and deficiencies of the partnership and outline possible solutions of these problems.
