The new technological and social changes have an influence on the University clearly. In fact, these progresses have made that one of the most interesting challenges in Europe, be the construction of a European Space of Superior Education. This challenge consists in that, through a series of reformations that they should be incorporate to the different legislations of the States members, improve the knowledge, it is facilitated the exchange of information and the recognition of grades and university graduate degrees that a bigger geographical mobility of students and professionals allow, although each State member can maintain certain own peculiarities.
This way, the growing complexity of our society of the information will modify the current conception of the knowledge in itself, the methods and the education systems that need to get that knowledge.
It's suitable to remember that the Law Science is, fundamentally, a practice science, in which different pedagogic methods can be used for a better formation of the students. Also, three important variables operate in the educational process: student's type (evolutionary psychology), the concept that is adopted of learning (psychology of the learning) and the objectives to obtain (educational technology).
Regarding the teaching of the Law, our communication supports a dynamic vision of the educational process that incorporates the new technological advances in this pedagogic environment with determination.
This way, the educational system is perfected to arrive to a methodology in which the student learns how to learn and not only a theoretic knowledge, because the learning should include innovation notes in the cognitive experience, not a purely repetitive knowledge.
From this point of view, the employment of the modern computer systems is indispensable today, so much inside as outside of the classroom, as the new jurist's indispensable tools. The bibliographical databases, of jurisprudence, legislation, the telematic communication and the search and exchange of data with public or private entities, as well as the own use of the applied computer to the educational, as materials method of to simulate professional practices, they draw a panorama of a growing influence and importance of the new technologies in the preparation of formation in the critical judgement of the professional futures.
We will analyze in this communication the repercussion of these pedagogic methods that incorporate the new technologies to the formative process of the students. It is not a mere review to the catalogue of new applications, since it is necessary to have present that the technology as, for example, the audiovisual methods (slides, power point, videos, etc.), it doesn't replace the teacher's work, but rather they are designed to develop it. Therefore, their employment should be analyzed to be able to value the benefits of its use and its repercussion in the student's formative process, aspects that we will be in a wider way in our communication.
