The model of modern society of knowledge in European context implies to the development of a variety of competences. One of these is linguistics, in order to get a new concept of education throughout life as Delors (1996) explains “based upon four pillars: learning to know, learning to do, learning to live together and learning to be”. The new scenario that this project proposes is based on curriculum innovation, theorized pedagogy, and a reconceptualisation of professional teaching and learning. This scenario implies quality, efficiency, effectiveness, collaborative, and inclusive a model that implies to all the scholar communities through development of emotional and plural intelligence. The current innovation project proposes a new model of education that generates a new vision, not only for the students and professionals, but also for a new perception for all the scholar communities through linguistic competences and an open and creative process of communication. This context of changes implies: curriculum development, evaluation, renewal, changed working practices, teacher training, research in practice, and collaborative teaching practices. Metodology is based from daily, cultural, social, plural, historical, artistic educative contents, and significative practices. The purpose of this project is to develop a process of social communicational interchange, between all scholar contexts.
