Teaching, research, technology and finally generating science are among the primary principles of
human survival which are included in the issues of globalization that has influenced every aspect of human life. These principles are effective and efficient when they meet the human needs and in other words when they can keep their quality. Quality, in its special sense, means the users satisfaction from this effective service. Along this line, determining the components and setting their importance comes first.
In this article, using the view points of 4700 academic members of Islamic Azad Universities of Khuzestan the research components and their importance coefficients were determined. At the end of the paper, by using the statistical procedures, four components of research were mentioned and using the procedure of A.H.P the importance of each of them was determined. In this procedure, the software 'expert choice' was used.
