Evaluation is one of the most essential and most sensitive steps of the systems and its importance doubles when the evaluation result is judgment among people. Today, using questionnaires is a scientific procedure which along with statistical techniques proves useful. From among the steps of standardization of questionnaires the issues of validity and reliability are two important ones. However, one weak point of the present procedures is the fact that the importance coefficient of all questions is considered of the same value while some questions seem more important than others. Then it seems important to determine the importance of each of the questions individually. This article aims at offering a proper procedure for determining the desired importance of the questionnaire of evaluating academic members of Islamic Azad University of Dezful. To achieve this goal, the view points of the heads of the education groups in the university were collected and by using the procedure of Analytical Hierarchy Process (A.H.P) the relevant importance of each question was determined.
