This study introduces a lightweight, real-time quiz performance visualization system built on Google Sheets and JavaScript to support formative assessment in blended and online learning environments. By capturing learner responses, attempt counts, and time-on-task data, the system generates a dynamic “Situation Board” that visualizes student progress using color-coded matrices and proportional time bars. The visual feedback enables instructors to identify struggling learners in real time and adjust instruction accordingly, while students gain immediate insight into their performance. Classroom trials demonstrated increased engagement, improved self-monitoring, and enhanced instructional responsiveness. The system's integration with OKActiveLearner (OKAL) also supports broader analytics and cross-course tracking, offering an open, scalable alternative to commercial learning analytics platforms.
