An e-book, or digital book, is an electronic work designed to be read on digital devices such as tablets, computers or smartphones. Unlike printed books, e-books often incorporate interactive features, such as hyperlinks, videos, animations or interactive exercises, making them a versatile and dynamic medium. In an educational context, an e-book can include multimedia resources, activities tailored to learners and tools to encourage autonomy. This flexibility makes it particularly relevant to language teaching by offering varied and engaging content while facilitating personalized learning. This article explores the potential of an innovative e-book as a pedagogical tool for stimulating and strengthening the writing skills of learners of a foreign language. It looks at methodological approaches that exploit digital resources to make learning to write more interactive, engaging and accessible. Using a variety of activities adapted to the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages levels, the article examines how an e-book can encourage learner autonomy while integrating authentic and contextualized themes. A group of 17 foreign language teachers (English, French and German) who participated in a six-month distance training program on the integration of new technologies in foreign language teaching designed and implemented teaching scenarios in the classroom, with the final product being an e-book aimed at telling stories (an event, a celebration, a journey, a meeting, memories, etc.). The program was implemented in Greek primary and secondary schools (February-June 2024). The results obtained at the end of the semester showed a clear improvement in the participants' writing skills. They demonstrated an increased mastery of complex structures, in particular narration in the past tense, the use of temporal markers and the coherent articulation of ideas. In addition, their motivation increased significantly, testifying to the positive impact of this pedagogical approach on their learning to write in a foreign language.
