THE ROLE OF EDUCATION IN MANAGING TEAM DYNAMICS AND PERFORMANCE UNDER STRESSFUL CONDITIONS

Our study examines the pivotal role of education in managing team dynamics and enhancing performance under stressful conditions. Grounded in empirical data gathered through online surveys and an extensive review of literature, this study explores the influence of educational interventions in developing resilience, fostering psychological safety, and optimizing collaborative problem-solving among teams operating in high-pressure environments. The findings underscore the value of education in augmenting both technical and interpersonal skills, with particular emphasis on the integration of emotional intelligence, stress management techniques, and advanced communication strategies. Leadership education is identified as a key factor in cultivating emotional intelligence, which significantly enhances team performance. Furthermore, tailored educational programs addressing the diverse needs of team members are shown to improve knowledge sharing and conflict resolution.
The conducted research introduces a novel educational framework that incorporates mindfulness practices and psychological safety protocols, demonstrating their impact on team cohesion and reduced burnout rates. Additionally, practical recommendations are provided for educators to create supportive learning environments that prepare individuals and teams to excel under stress. The findings also underscore the essential role of continuous professional development to ensure sustained effectiveness in managing team dynamics. By synthesizing theoretical insights with actionable strategies, this article bridges the gap between academic research and practical application, advancing understanding in the fields of education and team management. The research contributes to existing literature by highlighting the necessity of integrated skill development—balancing technical expertise and interpersonal competencies—to optimize team performance in contemporary educational and professional settings.
