This project aims to implement a pedagogical transformation in the internship of the Higher Professional Technical Course (CTeSP) in Clinical Secretariat, enhancing interaction among students, internship institutions, and the community.

1. Initial Context: The internship currently receives positive evaluations, with classes of 8 to 12 students. The teaching methodologies include reports, videos, debates, and weekly meetings. However, there is a need for greater involvement of external entities in the learning process.
2. Challenges and Changes: The main goals include increasing the active participation of institutions and internship supervisors, integrating community engagement into learning objectives and teaching methods, and redesigning assessments to incorporate external partners.
3. Planned Transformation: The project proposes a collaboration plan with external partners, involving meetings and training sessions, open lectures with healthcare professionals, and continuous feedback from internship supervisors throughout the process.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation: The transformation will be monitored through regular briefings and bimonthly phone calls with supervisors, mid-term and final evaluations with feedback from students and institutions, and the creation of documentation to assess internship supervision.

This project seeks to enhance the internship experience by strengthening the connection between education and professional practice, ensuring a more enriching and impactful learning journey for students. The project is designed to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the internship experience in the Clinical Secretariat CTeSP program.

The expected outcomes include:
- Stronger Student-Community Engagement.
- Integration of external professionals into lectures and discussions.
- Regular involvement of supervisors in training and evaluation processes.
- Enhanced Assessment and Feedback Mechanisms.
- Long-Term Impact on Professional Training.

By achieving these outcomes, the project aims to create a more immersive, practical, and community-integrated internship experience, ultimately bridging the gap between academic learning and professional success. This project is part of the EPIC+Rede initiative, a pedagogical transformation program aimed at strengthening the interaction between education, professional practice, and the community. Within the scope of the Higher Professional Technical Course (CTeSP) in Clinical Secretariat, the main objective of this project is to promote an innovative internship, where learning is enhanced through interactive methodologies, collaboration with external partners, and assessments more aligned with professional reality.
