DEVELOPING A PEDAGOGICAL FRAMEWORK FOR ARCHITECTURAL EDUCATION IN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ERA
E. Kuruc
In response to the quick integration of digital technologies and the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI), this paper suggests a proactive framework intended to transform Architectural Education procedures. Beyond merely analyzing descriptive data, this framework attempts to give educators practical methods for developing digital literacy, creating collaborative learning spaces, and incorporating AI into the classroom in an ethical manners.
By highlighting a change from conventional master-apprentice models to dynamic, technologically enhanced pedagogical approaches, this framework study aims to give educators the abilities and perspectives in which to perform contemporary approaches to Architecture Education. This paper outlines a framework that integrates digital literacy, collaborative learning, ethical considerations, and AI integration, providing a roadmap for educators to proactively reshape Architectural Education. This study is accomplished through experimental qualitative approach of in-depth interviews with selected AI to determine approaches of how generative AI tools and machine learning can assist in forming a framework for future of Architecture Education.
Findings disclose AI approaches and understandings of architecture education culture and how it is possible for assisting in creating and intuition of designing. By implementation of thematic analysis of interviews, key insights and patterns of AI responses are identify to form a framework for practical use of AI in architecture education as a partner rather than a tool.
