The purpose of this paper is to present ways in which to use Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) for teaching Project Management. The students involved are studying Translation and Interpretation at the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest. The author of the present paper, who teaches this course, uses CBL for a few activities and lectures as a means to present students with an alternative view on the Project Management phases. Students are given the task to exercises using a big idea, during the engage phase, looking for guiding questions, and considering the solution and implementation phase. In this way, students can exercise group or pair activities, as well as to reconsider the project phases from another point of view.
