The article highlights the importance of personalizing serious games in professional training to enhance the player experience and improve learning. By focusing on leveling and creating content tailored to individual needs, games can enhance the learning process and increase performance. It becomes relevant to research whether personalization in serious games through artificial intelligence can transform the player experience more effectively and enjoyably, adapting it to individual needs. This makes it possible to improve learning and possibly increase performance, ensuring that professionals obtain positive results in the internalization of learning or knowledge recycling, which can enable organizations to accelerate their learning curve, maintaining an active dynamic in the face of the evolution of knowledge in society and their area of activity. The Prisma protocol will be used for the research, directing a comprehensive review of reading, identifying relevant material, and selecting areas of interest.
