The integration of advanced educational technologies in military, policing, and industrial security training has revolutionized the way personnel acquire critical skills and knowledge. This paper explores the impact of emerging technologies such as Mixed Reality (MR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and Learning Management Systems (LMS) in enhancing training efficiency, adaptability, and security.

The session will present real-world applications of technology-driven training in high-risk environments, demonstrating how immersive simulations, AI-driven analytics, and virtual training environments contribute to the development of strategic, cognitive, and operational skills. It will also discuss challenges such as cybersecurity risks, cost-effectiveness, and the need for adaptive learning strategies.

By sharing insights from hands-on experience in designing and implementing technology-enhanced learning solutions for military, policing, and industrial security professionals, this presentation aims to provide educators, trainers, and policymakers with best practices and future considerations for optimizing training outcomes through digital transformation.
