Promoting the development of university teachers' digital competence has become a key aspect of innovation in higher education. This study's objective is to evaluate a training program for developing university teachers' digital teaching competence.
Teachers who teach at different university degrees have participated in this program and have designed and implemented digital teaching practices with the support of emerging technologies. The participants were administered a semi-structured interview, a focus group, and a perception questionnaire. The study's results corroborate the importance of personalized support in training programs that move from literacy to the use of technologies to reorient and innovate teaching and learning processes. As well as the need to share experiences of good practices with the use of technology in higher education to transfer and enhance techno-pedagogical innovation in the different studies. The most controversial results have been those that involve artificial intelligence, especially in the development of Final Degree Projects and in the analysis of clinical cases.
