There has been a notable rise in immigration to Lithuania in recent times. Migrant integration in Lithuania presents a number of challenges, influenced by social, economic, cultural and political factors. It is therefore crucial for the social cohesion and economic development of Lithuania that the ability to integrate migrants is facilitated. To achieve this, a multi-faceted approach is recommended, comprising improvements to access to language and entrepreneurial education, promotion of community engagement initiatives, and enhancement of public awareness. The objective of this study is to examine the efficacy of entrepreneurial education in facilitating the integration of migrants in business community of Lithuania.

The research methods employed were an analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, a quantitative research study (survey questionnaire), and statistical analysis of the data in order to identify the factors stimulating entrepreneurial activity that can be used in education strategies. This approach will bridge the gap between a comprehensive entrepreneurial environment and the development of entrepreneurial personality, and apply it for migrants in Lithuania. The research results will inform strategies for integrating migrants in Lithuania, defining factors for stimulating entrepreneurial activity through educational platforms, opening small businesses and hindering their entrepreneurial behaviour .
