The proposed project aims to create an online growth and learning community platform specifically designed for single women, particularly single mothers, to support their journey in entrepreneurship, social connection, and personal development during the first 1-3 years after becoming single mothers. Recognizing the significant challenges faced by single mothers—such as balancing work and childcare, financial strain due to the absence of a second income, and social isolation—this platform seeks to offer comprehensive support through various features. These include one-on-one mentorship in areas like life, legal, financial, and parenting; 24-hour online emotional and psychological counseling; and practical assistance in finding friends, roommates, and resources. Additionally, the platform will provide entrepreneurial skill development, matching single mothers with appropriate mentors based on their backgrounds, and facilitating workshops led by successful female entrepreneurs. A unique "Kid to Kid" feature will foster mutual support among children of single mothers, allowing them to grow together while their parents work. This platform not only aims to alleviate the immediate pressures faced by single mothers but also to empower them by fostering a sense of community, offering economic opportunities, and enhancing their overall well-being.
