The present research highlights the importance of establishing effective communication between universities and their graduates to obtain a clear understanding of their job performance. Additionally, the relevance of quality processes in academic institutions is emphasized, which seek to monitor both academic and professional performance of graduates. The quality of higher education requires the tracking of graduates as part of curricular evaluation and to obtain feedback on the impact of the training provided. This tracking provides valuable information for the continuous improvement of the academic program and the strengthening of the education offered. This work addresses the development of a responsive web software designed to optimize the management of information and the tracking of graduates from the University of La Guajira. The purpose of this research is to improve communication and data exchange between the educational institution and its graduates. Therefore, the general objective is to develop responsive web software for managing information and tracking graduates of the University of La Guajira in an effective and timely manner. The software has been developed using modern web technologies, ensuring its adaptability to different devices and screens. Through an intuitive interface, both the university and the graduates can access relevant information such as job offers, academic events, and institutional updates. The methodology used is a projective, field-based, cross-sectional, and non-experimental research. An interview questionnaire was used as an instrument to perform the requirements analysis. The result of this research is responsive web software for managing information and tracking graduates of the University of La Guajira in an effective and timely manner. This system provides an efficient solution to maintain continuous connection between the university and its alumni community, fostering collaboration and mutual benefit.
