Experiential Education is a very powerful tool for balancing enduring cognitive memory traces. It allows us to use the emotions associated with an experience to create a powerful or even lasting experience or skill. The methods of experiential pedagogy can also be used to bridge different disciplines; for example, it can be used in multi-disciplinary education. We are engaged in creating and testing methods of experiential pedagogy that can be used especially in subjects lying on the borderline of natural, medical and sports sciences, e.g. in health education. From the point of view of health education, the success of the education is mainly determined by the resulting healthy lifestyle. This is formed from a very early age and is the result of the influence of the family and socio-cultural environment in particular. However, the considerable influence of the school cannot be neglected. The aim of health education is a responsible attitude towards the body and a critical approach to the information available. The purpose of these methods of experiential pedagogy is to create a sufficient battery of different methods usable in both family and school environments to support skills enabling stress management, self-knowledge, work-life balance, active relaxation, active search for relevant information and critical evaluation. Thus, these methods serve to improve the overall well-being of individuals and, by extension, of society as a whole. These methods are intended both to enable the habit of movement through natural movement and to activate neuromotor pathways that improve concentration and cognitive function through movement, as well as to assist in the process of self-knowledge. Most of these activities are performed outdoors, which also supports the process of synchronization of circadian rhythms. The ideal outcome of this activity is a sufficiently intellectually developed and motivated individual who regularly practices some kind of movement in the sense of kalokagathia.
