Career self-management takes on special relevance in times of crisis, uncertainty and complexity in the configuration of people's work/life plans. The Impulsa-CCP programme-workshop is designed with the intention of fostering the development of career management competences, and to promote the construction of professional and life projects, encouraging autonomy, awareness, self-determination and self-management of transit processes and reorientation of trajectories. This paper presents the characteristics of the implementation process of the sequence of training and guidance actions developed in the Impulsa-CCP programme-workshop, applied to a sample of university students in search of employment and job improvement. Representative cases of university students are selected considering different factors of socio-labour exclusion, and diversifying the profiles according to age, sex and employment situation. Specifically, the results and reflections obtained during the application process of the Programme-workshop, as well as those derived from the orientation process inherent to it, are considered. This exploratory analysis of the outcome of the process sequence helps us to assess the impact of the process on the users, identifying needs for improvement for future applications.
