The cultural environment influences the impact of ethical leadership in schools on teachers' progression in Arab society in Israel.

Teachers are being encouraged to innovate and become more efficient as part of their commitment to their profession. This has been emphasized in recent events and among education policymakers. Both research and discussions among lawmakers about the quality of teachers in schools focus on the impact of a school's principal as an ethical leader and the impact of an organized culture within a particular school. It is the principal's role to enhance teachers' effectiveness in Arab schools in northern Israel.

The studies aim to answer the following question: What are the main indicators of teaching and teachers in Arab schools? Five dimensions were considered: emotional, cognitive, behavioral, organizational, and specific aspects of autonomy.

The study used a quantitative approach with a structured questionnaire divided into four parts: background variables, ethical leadership, organizational culture, and the teaching profession. The questionnaire was distributed to 306 teachers from fifteen northern Arab schools in northern Israel.

The analysis was conducted using statistical software, SPSS version 25. The data analysis consisted of three stages: the first stage was the univariate analysis, which included descriptive statistics (averages and standard deviation), alpha values, and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The second stage involved a two-variable analysis using Pearson correlation techniques to examine the connections between research variables. In the third stage, a multivariate statistical analysis, including multiple regression analysis, was conducted to examine the impact of ethical leadership and organizational culture on the teaching profession.

The findings revealed significant relationships between the three variables under investigation, providing valuable insights into the dynamics of ethical leadership, organizational culture, and teachers' professional efficacy in Arab schools in Israel. The findings indicated that the ethical leadership of the school principal has a positive impact on the teachers' professional efficacy level. Similarly, the study's findings showed that the organizational culture dimensions of a school have a positive and significant impact and are directly correlated to a teacher's profession according to the educators who participated in the study. Additionally, the study's findings showed that organizational culture mediates between ethical leadership, the leadership of the school principal, and the teachers' professional level in that particular school.

The findings and surveyed information broaden teachers' knowledge about factors that could affect their professional level in the school. This newly acquired knowledge will enable school principals to understand their role and ability to influence, recognize teachers' contributions, and promote enhanced educational practices that can pave the way for a better future in their schools.
