The important research tasks in this article include Comparisons of traditional and AI-supported methods in personnel development; Effects on employee motivation and learning success through AI; Ethical and data protection aspects of AI use; Acceptance of AI-supported learning management systems.

The following research results can be obtained:

However, the effects of AI-supported systems on employee motivation and learning success must be analyzed and considered very carefully. Otherwise, concerns or possible resistance on the part of employees can be expected when introducing AI-supported (LMS) systems.
