The work illustrates and critically discusses psychological and educational experiences carried out with adolescents. Professional interventions will be presented in which the intersection of knowledge and skills triggers processes of dialogue and thought, so that practices become actions of transformation and growth.

The actions are intentionally aimed at promoting well-being and change through activities in natural environments in which people talk about themselves and their lives in a non-casual way. The experiences presented involved adolescents with whom outdoor therapy courses were carried out accompanied by multidisciplinary teams. All participants have a difficult situation which (at different levels: juvenile crimes, sensory disabilities, relational problems, psychiatric disorders) presents problematic elements in growth, psychological and social development. The activities were planned in collaboration with the teams of the various institutions that were responsible for the minors.

The activities carried out and research data aimed at measuring the process, impact and effectiveness of these interventions will be presented.
