This paper deals with the digitalisation process in the lab of electrical measurement used for hybrid teaching and learning as well as e-learning.

The initial situation is that teaching and learning in the laboratory, especially in engineering education, should continue to take place in person, supplemented by a hybrid teaching and learning environment and the use of further Information and Communication Technologies. The objective is to create a networked environment between analogue and digital teaching in the lab. This is the task the team of the DIGLAB-Teach project has set itself to establish this environment in the electrical measurement, inspired both in scientific literature as well as project proposals of various universities. Best practice examples were selected and checked for their adaptability for teaching and learning purposes in the laboratory for electrical measurement.

The result of this research project in the MicroDERLab (https://www.microderlab.upb.ro) is to show which teaching and learning techniques in laboratory didactics can be implemented and to show how a multilingual approach (Romanian-German-English) can be embedded in this teaching and learning environment.
