The Talent Club is not only training course, it is a community of students in their final years of university and postgraduates. The participants do not receive formal training, they share concerns, they collaborate on projects, they support each other and they work as a team with a double objective: to find their own job and help other members of the Club in their search.

The general objective is to increase the chances of finding a job by reducing the time it takes to find employment and improving the professional development of the Club participants through their own joint empowerment during the insertion process.

As specific aims, we have defined the following:
- to analyse and evaluate their own personal and professional profile through self-knowledge.
- to know strategies and tools for job search.
- to identify personal professional objectives.
- to recognise training needs in their field of study or work environment.
- to write an effective cover letter.
- to elaborate a CV adapted to the needs of the job market.
- to design a LinkedIn profile that highlights your professional profile.
- to successfully face job interviews.
- to develop transversal competences.
- to increase their autonomy in the job search.
- to establish and maintain a network of contacts.

These objectives and the initial design change depending on the Club and its evolution always guided by a group's counsellor or coach.

In this paper, we will present the methodology, skills and tools that are worked on during the different sessions.

Keywords: Labour market, skills, competences, employment, professional profile, lifelong learning.
