Ideas will be exchanged with the participants about the importance of a Quality culture in a teacher team. Also the value of a strong team year plan will cross your path during this special event.

All based upon the pilot materials and the outcomes of the International research report of the QUAL4T2 project 'Further Quality Improvement for VET, guiding teacher TEAMS in EU in strategic planning'.

During this session you will be shown several short presentations combined with active work in smaller groups and joint discussion. Aspects from two recent articles will be handled in the presentations: 'How to be aware of and work together on an intrinsic culture of quality improvement as a team' and 'The influence of more effective team plans on further quality improvement in VET education, based on teams 'own input'.
