  1. A registration covers the participation of 1 person.
  2. One author registration can cover a maximum of 2 papers.
  3. Contributions will only be published in INTED2021 Proceedings if at least one of the authors of each accepted abstract is registered and completes the fee payment before January 14th, 2021.
  4. Each participant should register separately.

The registration fees for Virtual author include:

Inclusion of the accepted papers in the IATED Digital Library and Conference Publications, INTED2021 Proceedings (Abstracts and Papers) in a USB flash drive, access and participation in the on-line INTED Program and activities (keynote speeches, thematic workshops, etc), access to a messaging tool to interact virtually with all conference participants, conference material (notebooks, mouse pad, roller pen, etc.), author and participation certificates and an invoice of the registration fee. Delivery of the conference material by express courier just after the conference.

The registration fees for General public include:

Access and participation in the on-line INTED Program and activities (keynote speeches, thematic workshops, etc), access to a messaging tool to interact virtually with all conference participants, conference material (notebooks, mouse pad, roller pen, etc.), participation certificate and an invoice of the registration fee. Delivery of the conference material by express courier just after the conference.

General Terms and Conditions

Refund and Cancellation requests must be received before February 5th, 2021. There is a 60€ service charge for registrations refunds.

If INTED2021 virtual conference, or any of the programmed online activities, could not be held on the scheduled dates due to unforeseeable circumstances, then IATED reserves the right to reschedule the affected activities, and no registration fees will be refunded

IATED is not responsible of any technical issue preventing an individual participant to join the live conference activities. In these cases, participants would have access to the recorded conference material and videos, which will be available on-demand after the conference.

In case of a conference cancelation, due to a force majeure occurrence, IATED will only be responsible for returning the attendee's conference registration fees.
