Health, safety & admission requirements

We are over the moon that  INTED2023 will be held in-person again! Health and safety for all participants is our main priority.

In order to ensure a safe environment, we have planned different INTED2023 health and safety regulations for all participants and presenters. If the situation changes, additional or modified measures will be announced here.

Arriving in Spain:

Due to continuous changes in the national regulations for travellers coming to Spain, we strongly recommend participants to keep up to date with the latest travel information for the countries you are travelling from.

Also, you can find additional requirements depending on the country you come from.

If you arrive in Spain from another country, you should fill out and sign the Health Control Form (FCS in Spanish). Once the form is completed, a QR code will be generated, which is essential to be able to enter Spain. You can find more information here.

A safe venue:

Both venues, Palacio de Congresos de Valencia and Hotel Melia Valencia have strict measures to provide a health and risk-free environment.

Different measures will be implemented to ensure a safe area for all attendees. Among others, these measures include:

  • Disinfection and constant cleanliness of used areas
  • Safe acting with Food and Beverage
  • Availability of sanitizer gel stations
