EMPOWERING LEARNING THROUGH DIGITAL LEADERSHIP IN EDUCATION

This article explores the crucial role of digital leadership in transforming educational practices and improving learning outcomes in the current context of education. The study was conducted through a methodology that combined the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. A questionnaire was applied to teachers to assess the impact of digital leadership in their institutions as well as to students in order to identify the popularity of social networks and applications in their lives, with a direct impact on the formation of the personality of young people. Aspects such as the challenges in which young people are invited to participate but which also have a negative impact on the medium and long term in their lives were followed. In total, 357 subjects relevant to our research were surveyed at the end of 2024. Statistical data on the integration of technology and academic performance were also collected and analyzed.

The main findings of the research include:
- The significant impact of digital leadership on the integration of technology in the educational environment, leading to improved learning environments and increased student engagement;
- Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within educational institutions through digital leadership;
- The positive correlation between digital leadership and the professional development of teachers, leading to a more effective use of technology in the pedagogical process;
- The direct relationship between the presence of strong digital leadership and increased student academic performance.

These findings highlight the need for constant support and resources for the development of digital leadership in education, emphasizing the importance of continuous improvement and innovation to ensure a positive and sustainable impact on teaching and learning processes.

The major concerns regarding leadership determined and influenced by the online are increasingly current, as the trends are that as a result of the interaction of individuals increasingly connected to an online lifestyle, leadership behavior will become increasingly marked by pre-established algorithms that induce vulnerabilities that are still being explored. Beyond the limitations of social skills, redundant mechanisms and significant errors in communication as well as gaps in emotional and affective manifestations appear and manifest. Are we moving towards a man with a new typology? Or is a formalism of interpersonal relationships foreshadowed that will announce a high degree of emotional sterility? This article aims to analyze these questions and provide a scientific perspective on this topic.
