INFN Kids is a Physics education and popular science project aimed at Primary and Middle School students, aged 6-13. As part of the project's initiatives to involve children in the world of science, an online summer camp has been organized for the past years during the month of July, featuring science demonstrations and stories to introduce Physics in everyday life. The 2024 edition is held both in person for the first time at the Museum of Physics "Museo Poleni" of the University of Padua, and through online streaming on the INFN Kids YouTube channel. The in-person edition, with participation from various groups, is structured as a series of weekly workshops focusing on different Physics topics such as energy, matter, waves, and light, inspired by the various scientific instruments exhibited in the Museum. These instruments serve as the themes for the videos released online. Here we present the idea and the structure of the event that merges history and science which originated as a collaboration between INFN Kids, University of Padova, University of Ferrara and Pippicalzelunghe cultural association.
