E-learning has emerged as a crucial tool for continuous skills and knowledge development. With the advancement of digital technologies, effective communication has become essential to optimize the effectiveness of these educational systems. This article aims to study the role of digital communication in the effectiveness of e-learning systems at MBi - Excelerate Your Business, using a case study methodology. This research explored digital communication practices in one of the company's e-learning products, Academia d’Excel, using data collected over 10 months of authorized collaboration. In addition to the case study, an online questionnaire was developed to gather quantitative data on users' utilization and perceptions of e-learning, from May 3 to June 18, 2024. The main findings revealed that digital communication plays a crucial role in student interaction and learning, highlighting its importance in facilitating collaboration and student engagement. Participants showed a high frequency of using digital communication tools, preferring practical and interactive courses that combine theory and practical application. Recommendations include the need to increase interaction between students and instructors, promote collaboration among students through study groups and collaborative projects, and continuously improve the digital interface to enhance user experience. This research contributes to understanding how digital communication strategies can be optimized to improve the effectiveness of e-learning systems, providing valuable insights to enhance online educational practices at MBi - Excelerate Your Business and beyond.
