The Entrepreneurship and Career Education Programme for teachers is one of the six activities in the main program, which puts teachers in the student roll. Our previous approach using two-day seminars was unsuccessful, thus we designed a new 6-month entrepreneurship program. The active-learning based lectures are all given by well-known Estonian entrepreneurs and are held in their own companies instead in a traditional classroom. This approach allows teachers to experience the full process of entrepreneurship and develop networks they can continue to use after the program has finished.
