Life is about deciding how to sort out problems in a world that is becoming more entangled and complex. Starting by the definition of a problem is the first step. Such definition is related with the intended goal at personal or organizational level. A multiple step process helps participants identify the main constraints posed by a problem, how to identify the undesirable effects and how to neutralise them, through creative actions, which will shape the future paradigm to be deployable as a solution. An exercise will be progressively developed during the workshop to help participants integrate all components of the problem solving framework. This workshop is not only useful for any education leader but teachers and education professionals at large.

Outcomes: Participants take away a systematic, pragmatic and deployable problem solving framework.
