Instructions:

  1. A registration covers the participation of 1 person.
  2. One author registration can cover a maximum of 2 papers.
  3. Contributions will only be published in INTED2017 Proceedings if at least one of the authors of each accepted abstract is registered and completes the fee payment before January 19th, 2017.
  4. It's necessary to be registered (as author or as general public) to have access to the conference area.
  5. Each participant should register separately.

The registration fees for In-Person author (Oral and Poster) include:

Admission to all oral and  poster sessions, inclusion of the accepted papers in the IATED Digital Library and Conference Publications, INTED2017 Proceedings (Abstracts and Papers) in a USB flash drive, a printed Conference Programme, conference bag, conference material (notebooks, mouse pad, roller pen, gifts, etc.), 4 snacks/coffee breaks (daily: morning and afternoon), 2 conference lunches (Monday and Tuesday), a Closing Cocktail (Tuesday evening), attendance and author certificates, an invoice of the registration fee and the attendance to the social/tourist activities (Wednesday).

The registration fees for Virtual author include:

Inclusion of the accepted papers in the IATED Digital Library and Conference Publications, INTED2017 Proceedings (Abstracts and Papers) in a USB flash drive, conference material (notebooks, mouse pad, roller pen, etc.),  author and participation certificates and an invoice of the registration fee. Delivery of the conference material by express courier (DHL) just after the conference.

The registration fees for General public include:

Your complete name and affiliation is already registered in our database. So, please, write a brief Biography/CV about your professional background, academic/research areas or any other relevant information. This should be written in third person. It will be used by the session chairman to introduce you to the audience before your presentation.

General Terms and Conditions

Refund and Cancellation requests must be received in writing before February 1st, 2017. There is a 60€ service charge for refunds on registrations. Bank taxes must be paid by the participants. Otherwise, the amount will be charged at the registration desk.

IATED reserves the right to cancel a conference or change the venue within the same city in the event of a natural disaster, strike, government regulation, terrorist act, any emergency or force majeure, making it illegal or impossible to hold the conference. In the event of a conference cancellation, IATED will only be responsible for returning the attendee's conference registration fees.

At INTED2017 Conference, pictures, images and sound recordings of the event will be made. I am aware of the fact that these recordings may be published on the INTED2017 website or be used for INTED2017 marketing and advertising purposes in either print or online format.
